Deltabit provides several different ways to transfer data between systems. The Deltabit API is one of these options.

The Deltabit API is intended for integrations where Deltabit data is read or maintained from external systems. In addition to the Deltabit API, there are also standard interfaces for transferring data out of the Deltabit system. For more information about the different options, please contact our support team: tuki@deltabit.fi.

Deltabit provides access to the Deltabit API, but does not perform the required software customization. Therefore, the API user is responsible for implementing the integration, which requires programming expertise.

At the moment, the Deltabit API includes a limited set of endpoints. Additional endpoints can be implemented upon request.

Currently, the following endpoints are supported in the Deltabit API:

The following data can be imported into the Deltabit system:

• Events, such as absences or time clock punches
• Person data, such as first and last name and personal identity number
• Balances, such as annual leave balances

The following data can be retrieved from the Deltabit system:

• Balances, such as flexitime or working time bank balances
